We had an absolutely exceptional experience with Nova Earth Safaris, and in particular with Joshua and his lovely staff, who organised an unforgettable family journey for us (11 pax) this summer through Zimbabwe and Zanzibar.

From our very first conversations, Joshua was far more than simply someone organising a holiday: he became a trusted partner in designing the trip, taking the time to understand our family requirements, what we enjoyed, how we like to travel, and what would make the experience truly special for all of us. His knowledge of Africa, his judgement and his recommendations were outstanding. In fact, some of the most extraordinary places we visited were destinations we probably would never even have considered without his advice ... and they turned out to be among the highlights of our entire journey.

The level of care and attention throughout the planning process was remarkable. Joshua was always available, responsive, patient and thoughtful, with every detail handled professionally and with a very personal touch. Everything felt carefully considered rather than simply taken from a "standard template".

Most importantly, the trip itself was simply outstanding. We travelled as a family across 3 generations (including parents in their 80s) and came back home with memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. It is not easy to create an experience that works so beautifully for different ages and interests, but Joshua and his team managed to do exactly that with passion and genuine care.

Beyond the professionalism, Joshua is also simply a wonderful person to deal with: warm, genuine, enthusiastic and clearly passionate about what he does. By the end of the journey, the relationship felt much more personal than that of a client and travel company.

We are truly grateful to Joshua and the entire Nova Safaris team for introducing us to such extraordinary corners of Africa and for making this trip so special for us.
