Luxury villas in Cape Town
Cape Town, Beautifully Experienced
Private villas in Camps Bay, Clifton and around the V&A Waterfront, followed by a few days on safari. A Cape Town journey designed entirely around you.
Discover Cape Town
A Villa by the Atlantic, Then the Bush
Our favourite way to see Cape Town: a few days in a private villa above the Atlantic, with the beach, the mountain and the city close by, then a short flight to a safari lodge for lions, leopards and elephants.
We design and manage complete journeys, never standard packages. We find the villa that suits your group in Camps Bay, Clifton or around the V&A Waterfront, arrange a chauffeur and the days out you want, then connect you to a lodge in the Greater Kruger or the Eastern Cape for an African safari to finish.
You enjoy the journey, and we take care of the arrangements. Our team works across Dubai, the United States and South Africa and plans for guests from Europe, North America, the Gulf and beyond, and Cape Town has nonstop flights from cities such as London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Atlanta, Newark and Dubai.

Luxury Villas in Cape Town
A private villa gives you space, privacy and your own rhythm. We arrange villas in three areas, each with its own character.

Villa living
Your Own Space by the Sea
Breakfast when you like, a pool for the children, room for grandparents and friends, and a terrace to watch the sun go down over the Atlantic. A villa suits families, multi-generational groups, friends travelling together and couples who value their privacy.
Every property is different. We match the villa to your group and confirm exactly what is included before you book.
Beach and promenade
Camps Bay
A wide white beach below the Twelve Apostles, with a palm-lined road of restaurants and cafés behind it. Villas sit on the slopes above, many looking over the bay, and dinner is an easy walk or a short drive away. A good fit for families and groups.
Sheltered coves
Clifton
Four small beaches divided by granite boulders and reached by steps from the road, often sheltered when the summer south-easter blows. Villas are built into the cliffside, with sea views and a quieter, more private feel.
Harbour and city
V&A Waterfront
A working harbour with restaurants, shops and galleries. Private residences and apartments here keep the city and the Table Mountain cableway within easy reach.
Harbour and city
Staying Around the V&A Waterfront
If you would rather be in the city, a residence or apartment around the Waterfront puts restaurants, shops and the harbour on your doorstep, with the ferry to Robben Island, the Zeitz MOCAA gallery and the Two Oceans Aquarium a short walk away.
It also makes an easy base for the airport and for days out in the Winelands, before or after your time on safari.

Depending on the property
What a Villa Can Include
- A private pool and outdoor living space
- Ocean, mountain or city views
- Daily housekeeping
- A private chef or in-villa dining
- A chauffeur for airport transfers and days out
Not every villa offers every feature, so tell us what matters most and we will shortlist the properties that fit.
Prefer a hotel? We also book premium hotels on the V&A Waterfront, boutique hotels in the city and on the Atlantic Seaboard, and estates in the Cape Winelands.

How It Fits Together
We coordinate the domestic flights, road transfers and private charters between Cape Town and the safari areas, and line up the timings so one part of the trip flows into the next.
This is a sample only. The number of nights, the villa, the lodge and the order of the stops are all designed around you, and some guests prefer the safari first and the villa to finish.

Private Cape Town tours
Explore Privately
With Cape Town chauffeur services arranged through trusted local partners, your days start at the villa door and run at your pace, never on a group timetable. We arrange airport meet-and-greet and transfers, and for families and groups, a dedicated driver for agreed periods, subject to availability.
- The Cape Peninsula: Chapman’s Peak, Hout Bay, Cape Point and the penguins at Boulders Beach
- Table Mountain and the city: the cableway, the Bo-Kaap and Kirstenbosch
- Private Cape Winelands tours in Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, where wine tasting is entirely optional
